Coke Production & Power Generation

Coke Plant

Company owns a State-of-the-art Low Ash Metallurgical (LAM) Coke Oven plant at Gummidipoondi, Tamilnadu, with two batteries consist of 65 oven. The total capacity of the coke oven plant installed at Thandalacheri Village, Tamilnadu is 1,20,000 TPA.The coke plant comprises of coal handling system, coke ovens, charging car, pusher car, quenching car, stamping station, coke handling plant, other utility equipment, workshop machinery and other misc. equipment.

Power Plant

Company owns a State-of-the-art 10MW waste heat recovery-based power plant built by Triveni consisting of two boilers of Thermax. During the years the sale of the power has been done through IEX, Third party and Group Captive Mode.

Our plant is located in the south of India the hub for steel production hence providing all the leading steel producers with easy access to out our plant and getting Coke easily and cost effectively.

Advantageously located just 50 km from Ennore port and 120 Kms from Krishnapattnam port.

Some major coke customers that are located near to the plant which makes our location an advantage are Sunflag Steels ,Kalyani Geradu, Kirlosakar Ferro's , Mukund Steels,Kalyani Steels, SAIL Bhilai etc.
